Mi experiencia con esta tienda fue muy decepcionante. Compré un refrigerador pagando en efectivo y la vendedora me aseguró que el modelo que vi en la tienda era solo una muestra y que me enviarían uno completamente nuevo.
Sin embargo, el primer refrigerador llegó sin caja y con múltiples golpes y abolladuras. Después de reclamar, me enviaron un segundo refrigerador que también llegó en malas condiciones, con más de siete golpes visibles en la puerta. Resulta difícil creer que estos equipos fueran nuevos cuando ambos presentaban tantos defectos. Después de recibir dos refrigeradores defectuosos y pasar por tantas molestias para recuperar mi dinero, no puedo recomendar esta tienda. Esperaba honestidad, calidad y un mejor servicio al cliente. Por mi ni tienen ni una estrella de review.
