At Appliances 4U, we offer a wide range of open-box, scratch-and-dent, clearance, and special-purchase appliances at heavily discounted prices. Due to the nature of these products and limited stock availability, all purchases are subject to the policy outlined below. This helps us maintain fairness, clarity, and consistency for every customer.
- Final Sale Policy
All items purchased from Appliances 4U are sold on a final sale basis.
We do not provide:
- Refunds of any kind
- Order cancellations after pickup or delivery
- Returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Returns due to incorrect measurements or fit issues
We strongly recommend customers carefully review product specifications and details before completing their purchase.
- Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only considered under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery or pickup
- Within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the problem is reported.
- Valid photo or video evidence is provided
- The product is returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and serial tags
If Approved, Customers May Receive:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
- Store credit for future purchases
Important: Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
- Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Purchases made due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing
- Cosmetic defects that were already disclosed at the time of sale
- Open-box, scratch-and-dent, clearance, or “as-is” products
- Appliances that have been installed, used, or altered
- Items with missing parts, packaging, or removed serial numbers
- Damage resulting from improper installation or handling
- Damage caused by third-party movers or delivery services not arranged by Appliances 4U
- Delivery Damage Guidelines
- If Appliances 4U handles the delivery, any damage must be reported within 48 hours, along with photo or video proof.
- If delivery is arranged by the customer or a third-party service, Appliances 4U is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product leaves our facility.
- Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturer Warranty (If Available)
Some appliances may include a manufacturer warranty depending on the brand and model.
Warranty details are provided at the time of purchase and must be claimed directly through the manufacturer’s authorized service provider.
- Store Warranty (Select Products Only)
Certain items may come with a store warranty from Appliances 4U. These products will be clearly labeled as “Store Warranty Included.”
Store warranty covers:
- Functional or operational defects only
It does not cover:
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Installation-related problems
- Damage occurring after delivery or pickup
Warranty duration and terms vary depending on the product.
- Documentation Required for Claims
To process any exchange or warranty request, customers must provide:
- Valid receipt or order number
- Product serial number
- Clear photo or video showing the issue
- Detailed explanation of the problem
- Delivery confirmation, if applicable
- Additional Conditions
- Any unauthorized returns will be rejected
- Store credit remains valid for 90 days from the date of issue
- All exchanges depend on product availability
- Special-order or high-value purchases may include additional terms and conditions
