All Sales Are Final

All scratch and dent, clearance, and discounted items are sold as-is. Once the sale is made, no refunds or returns will be given on the item.

Exchange (Within 7 Days)

If your appliance stops working and can’t be fixed within 7 days, we may offer you an exchange.

Here’s what we need:

  • Proof of purchase (your invoice or receipt)
  • The item must be inspected by our team
  • It must be a real defect, not just cosmetic damage
  • A similar item must be available in stock
  • Management must approve the exchange

We do not accept exchanges for scratches, dents, wrong installations, or damage after the sale.

Warranty

Brand-new appliances may come with a 1–2 year manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll give you the warranty info when you buy.

Scratch-and-dent or clearance items do not come with a warranty, unless stated otherwise at the time of sale. 

No Returns On These

We can’t take items back if:

  • You saw the damage before buying
  • The appliance was installed the wrong way
  • It was opened, changed, or damaged after purchase

We always recommend examining the goods upon delivery.
